We keep the site accurate and current, but it is a description of what we do rather than a specification. Nothing on it forms part of a contract on its own.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Any price we give is confirmed in writing, is specific to the work described, and holds for the period stated in the quote.
Timescales mentioned on this site are typical rather than guaranteed, and depend in large part on how quickly content and decisions come back to us.
Where we link out to a client’s website or a third party tool, we do not control what is on it and we are not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business or data arising out of use of this website. The site is provided as it is, and while we work hard to keep it up, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
